Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are postponing our annual fundraising gala. Any tickets or sponsorships previously purchased will be honored at the rescheduled event. We will inform you of the new date once it is finalized and will resume ticket sales at that point. Habitat houses are simple, decent, and affordable. They are modestly sized, big enough to fit the homeowner’s needs but small enough to keep construction and maintenance costs low. Habitat uses quality, locally available building materials. Habitat’s home designs reflect the local climate and culture. The labor of volunteers and partner families, efficient building methods, modest house sizes and non-profit loans make it affordable for low-income families to purchase Habitat homes.
